Программа для создания сервиса из приложения выложена у нас на сайте:

Она может запускать приложения как сервисы. Makhaon WLM в том числе. Главный минус - то, что в 2008-м MS Server запретили взаимодействие сервисов с рабочим столом и программы, запущенные MakhGuard'ом не могут 'пробиться' к столу пользователя - у них нет GUI. Но можно переключаться в режим обычного приложения и в сервис в любое время: остановили сервис MakhGuard - запустили приложение как приложение. Остановили приложение - запустили сервис MakhGuard. Махаон Архив уже сам с версии 2.9 является сервисом и не нуждается в дополнительных программах для своего запуска. Махаон WLM, работающий как сервис, в данный момент в разработке.
